It is with great sadness that we share that Dr. Syed Imam, a respected and beloved partner in our practice, has passed away following an accident. Dr. Imam served RenalCare Associates’ patients for the past eight years in the Galesburg and surrounding areas with the greatest care, kindness and love…to which we are all very grateful. Dr. Imam was not only a skilled physician but a very kind and thoughtful man who touched many lives with his quiet dedication and service.
We are actively working on a plan for rescheduling his patients and will be reaching out accordingly. Please keep Dr Imam’s family and those who loved him in your thoughts and prayers.
